Company Behind the Recall

A New Jersey-based company, Sabrositos Hondurenos, LLC, is recalling approximately 32,000 pounds of meat products due to a false USDA mark of inspection.
Federal Alert Issued

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), the recalled products carried a fake label with establishment number “EST. 1785.” Officials confirmed this number does not exist.
Scope of the Recall

The affected items include a variety of meats such as chorizo, pork chops, and ribs. These products were shipped to retail stores and restaurants nationwide.
Production Dates

Officials stated the recalled meats were produced on multiple dates prior to August 20, 2025.
Specific Products Affected

The recall covers six types of products sold in 14-ounce vacuum-sealed packages under the OLANCHO and Sabrositos Hondureños labels.
